Ⅲ. Operation Instruction 

ATTENTION:

＊ The product cannot process the very hard food,example crude drugs,knead dough,e.g.

Using the appliance:

Hand blender

The hand blender is intended for:

• Blendingliquids, g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks and shakes.
• Mixingsoft ingredients, e.g.
• make sure it does not exceed 600ml.

Never allow the motor to run for more than 30 seconds at a time , after 5 times , please take half an hour.

1. Attachthe blender bar to the motor unit.
2. Immersethe blade guard completely in the ingredients.
3. Pressingthe normal or turbo speed button to switch on the appliance.
4. Movethe appliance slowly up and down and in circles to blend the ingredient.

Chopper

The chopper is intended for chopping ingredients such as nuts, meat, onions, boiled eggs, garlic, dry bread etc.Never allow the motor to run for more than 3 times,please take half an hour.

Attention: The blades are very sharp! So be very careful when handling the blade unit. Be especially careful when you remove the blade unit from the chopper bowl, when you empty the chopper bowl and during cleaning.

1. Putthe chopper blade unit in the chopper bowl.
2. Putthe ingredients in the chopper bowl.
3. Putthe coupling unit on the chopper bowl.
4. Fastenthe motor unit onto the chopper 
5. Pressingthe normal or turbo speed button to switch the 

If the ingredients stick to the wall of the chopper bowl, loosen them by adding liquid or using a spatula. Always let the appliance cool down after chopping meat.

Whisk

The whisk is intended for whipping cream, whisking egg whites, desserts etc.

1. Connectthe whisk to the coupling unit.
2. Connectthe coupling unit to the motor unit.
3. Putthe ingredients in a large and deep bowl.
4. Immersethe whisk completely in the  To avoid splashing, start processing at normal speed.

Never allow the motor to run for more than 60 seconds  at a time, after 5 times,please take half an hour.

Ⅵ. Clean and maintain

1. Youshould always take off the plug when not in 
2. If the machineis not use for long time, please keep the machine in dry and 
3. Youcan clean the accessories in water except the motor 
4. Takeoff the plug before wipe the motor base, always use the dry cloth to clean, never flush or dip in water.

 Ⅴ. Safety precautions

Danger

Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it under the tap.

Warning

• Avoid touching the blades, especially when the blender bar is attached to the motor  The blades are very sharp.
• If the blades get stuck, remove the blender bar from the motor unit before you remove the ingredients that block the blade.
• Keep fingers, hair, clothing, and utensils away from the moving parts.
• Do not switch on the appliance when you attach or detach accessories.
• Never use a damaged hand blender. Get it checked or repaired in your local place.
• Never use an unauthorized  If you use such accessories or parts, your guarantee becomes invalid.
• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mentalcapabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
• Childrenshall not play with the appliance
• Never let the cord to touch hot surfaces or hang down where a child could grab it.
• Never blend hot oil or fat.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
• Care is needed when handling cutting blades, especially when removing the blade from the bowl, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
• Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts, which move in use.
• Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning;
